- The firm has a page on its own site, or a public listing, describing data center recruiting.
- The firm recruits for roles in the United States.
- Rows describe what the firm says it does. We do not rate firms or report on their results.
- To add a firm or correct a row, email czarina@thetalentog.com with a link to the firm's data center page. Our own method and data are on the hiring statistics page.
Questions
How do I choose a data center recruiting firm?
Match the firm to the roles. Some recruit across the whole build, from construction to operations; some focus on one group, such as military veterans or critical facilities staff. Ask which of your roles they filled in the last year, in which markets, and how they find people who are not applying to job ads. Ask whether they work on contingency, retainer or contract, since that changes who carries the risk of a slow search.
Who publishes data on data center hiring?
Of the firms on this page, DataX Connect runs an annual data center salary survey, iRecruit publishes construction salary guides, Blue Signal Search posts market reports, and Critical Path Hiring publishes monthly project trackers, posted pay studies and a hyperscaler jobs index. Each row links to the firm's own page.
Is this a ranking?
No. Firms are listed alphabetically, and Critical Path Hiring, which publishes the page, is one of them. A firm can ask for its row to be corrected or for its firm to be added by emailing czarina@thetalentog.com with a link to its data center page.
