Data center hiring is unforgiving. A commissioning date doesn't move because a requisition sat in a queue, and a facility can't be run by someone who interviews well but has never walked a live electrical room.
Critical Path Search exists because that reality is badly served by volume agencies. I keep a deliberately small book so every client gets real attention: a market read before the search opens, honest pushback on scope and comp, and a slate short enough to actually read.
Clients range from hyperscale operators and colocation providers to EPC firms and commissioning consultancies. Searches are frequently confidential — replacing a site lead, standing up a team before a build is announced, or testing the market without signaling to it.
