How to read this
What the dates actually mean.
Opened
The date the search started with the client. Searches that have been open longest are usually the ones with the smallest pool, not the least effort.
Applications close
The end of the current cycle. Late applications are still read while a search sits in sourcing or screening, and are kept on file for the next cycle in that market.
Target start
The date the client needs the person on site, usually set by an energization, install or turnover milestone rather than by preference.
Stages are updated as searches move, so a role can change stage between visits. Applying puts you in front of Czarina Tabayoyong, the recruiter running the search, not an applicant tracking queue.
