Notes
Date definitions
Opened
The date the search started with the client. Searches that have been open longest usually have the smallest candidate pool.
Application deadline
The end of the current cycle. Late applications are still read while a search sits in sourcing or screening, and are kept on file for the next cycle in that market.
Target start
The date the client needs the person on site, usually set by an energization, install or turnover milestone.
Stages are updated as searches move, so a role can change stage between visits. Applications go to Czarina Tabayoyong, the recruiter running the search.
