Who we serve
Recruiting for EPCs and General Contractors
Critical Path Hiring recruits the delivery seats on data center programs: construction and MEP leadership, superintendents, project controls, scheduling, estimating, cost control and PMO roles. We do not recruit trades. The focus is delivery leadership, project controls, scheduling and estimating.
Hiring situations
- A program was awarded and delivery leadership is short.
- Schedule and cost reporting is arriving too late to change decisions.
- Estimating and scheduling seats stay open while construction accelerates.
- A new region requires local delivery leadership you have no network in yet.
Roles
- Project executives and senior project managers
- Construction managers and MEP superintendents
- Project controls managers, schedulers and cost controllers
- Estimators and preconstruction leads
- Quality, safety and document control leadership

FAQ
Questions
- Do you recruit trades?
- No. We recruit delivery leadership, engineering and project controls. Claiming coverage of every construction trade would not be accurate.
- How do you assess schedulers and cost controllers?
- On the schedule or cost baseline they owned: logic quality, float discipline, how change was absorbed, and whether the output drove decisions.
- Can you support a single hard-to-fill seat?
- Yes, though a short intelligence engagement often comes first when a seat has already been open for a quarter.
