Critical Path Hiring is a founder-led recruiting practice in the United States. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect, why, and how to have it removed.
What we collect
Information you send us through a form on this site or by email: your name, work email, company, the role or hiring need you describe, and any details you choose to add. Candidates who join the talent network share the information in that form. We do not buy contact data.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, to run a search or research engagement you have asked about, and to keep a record of the conversation. Candidate information is used to consider you for roles and to contact you about relevant work.
Who sees it
Czarina Tabayoyong. Candidate details are shared with an employer only with your knowledge, for a specific role. Employer hiring information is not shared with other employers.
Service providers
This site runs on hosting, database and email delivery services that process data on our behalf so that pages load and messages are delivered. They are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
For as long as the relationship is active, and after that for a reasonable record-keeping period. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold, ask for a correction, ask for deletion, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email czarina@thetalentog.com and we will act on it.
Analytics
We record aggregate page visits and form submissions to understand which pages are useful. We do not sell any information.
