San Antonio is the only metro we track with two data centers in their commissioning window in Q4 2026: the CloudBurst campus, targeting Q4 2026, and the CyrusOne site west of Castroville, targeting June 2027. On November 4, 2026, five people in the San Antonio area held the current title commissioning agent on LinkedIn. If both schedules hold, the two projects will be hiring from the same short list this winter.

The electrician rate is from Davis-Bacon wage determination TX20260231 for Bexar County.
