What you will do
- Own estimates and preconstruction for USACE and NAVFAC pursuits from early design through award
- Build quantity takeoffs, subcontractor coverage and bid-day pricing
- Review federal solicitations, drawings and specifications for scope, risk and constructability
- Partner with pursuits, proposal and operations teams on pricing strategy and schedule
- Hand off a clean, documented estimate to project teams at award
What you bring
- Estimating or preconstruction experience on USACE or NAVFAC work
- Working knowledge of federal contracting, including FAR and DFARS requirements
- Ability to work on site in St. Paul five days a week
- US work authorization; able to meet federal installation access requirements
