What you will do
- Deploy and cable new server and network capacity at scale
- Diagnose and replace failed components across compute fleets
- Run and certify fiber and copper to spec, including MPO trunks
- Maintain ticket queues, spares inventory and RMA flow
- Partner with network engineering on turn-ups and migrations
What you bring
- 1+ year hands-on hardware, cabling or IT field experience
- Basic Linux command-line familiarity preferred
- Comfort working to written change tickets in live halls
- US work authorization; able to pass background screening
