What you will do
- Install, rack and cable servers, network devices and PDUs to build standards
- Run structured copper and fiber, test and certify links, and dress to standard
- Triage and resolve hardware break-fix tickets within SLA
- Execute media handling, destruction and chain-of-custody procedures
- Support capacity builds and decommissions under written MOPs
What you bring
- 1+ year in a data center, NOC, field service or comparable hands-on environment
- Comfort lifting 50 lbs and working on ladders and lifts
- Ability to follow written procedures exactly in a live environment
- US work authorization; able to pass background screening
