What you will do
- Deliver smart-hands support for tenant deployments and break-fix
- Install and certify cross-connects in the meet-me room
- Rack, cable and label customer equipment to facility standards
- Manage ticket SLAs and customer communications
- Support shipping, receiving and media handling
What you bring
- 1+ year data center, telecom central office or IT field experience
- Strong customer communication skills
- Cabling certification (BICSI or vendor) a plus
- US work authorization; able to pass background screening
