What you will do
- Perform preventive maintenance on UPS, switchgear, generators and CRAH/CRAC units
- Execute MOPs, SOPs and EOPs under engineer supervision
- Monitor BMS/EPMS alarms and respond within escalation standards
- Support vendor maintenance visits and method-of-procedure walkdowns
- Document all work in the CMMS with accurate closeout notes
What you bring
- 2+ years in critical facilities, military power, industrial maintenance or marine systems
- Working knowledge of electrical safety and LOTO
- EPMS/BMS monitoring experience preferred
- US work authorization; able to pass background screening
