What you will do
- Operate and maintain chillers, cooling towers, pumps and air handlers
- Perform rounds, log readings and escalate anomalies
- Execute MOPs for electrical and mechanical maintenance windows
- Support generator testing and fuel system checks
- Keep CMMS records accurate and current
What you bring
- 2+ years industrial maintenance, HVAC, electrical or military equivalent
- LOTO and electrical safe-work practices
- Trade school, apprenticeship or military technical training preferred
- US work authorization; able to pass background screening
